Yesterday, I noticed more vacant spaces where Boston real estate offices used to be. Please, don’t all cry at once. The days w

here clients walk into a Boston real estate office searching for Boston condos for sale has faded, with advances in technology.

The National Association of Realtors stopped publishing numbers, so we don’t know how many Realtors there are. We don’t know how many real estate licensees there are either.

There isn’t a shortage, I know that for sure. there are more Boston real estate agents in the area than there are Boston condos for sale. Home sales have been in a slump for the last 30 days due to high interest rates. I noticed, with one of my clients, that the Boston suburbs houses are selling fast due to a lack of inventory.

One thing that really surprised me when I started in real estate was how much real estate agents like to work in offices. As independent contractor, I would have thought they would be more likely to work from their home instead.
