Netflix really comes through when it comes to real estate content. Whether you’re in the mood for a serious documentary or a drama-filled spectacle – they have something for everyone. That being said, I’ve gone ahead and compiled a list of the five best real estate shows to binge on Netflix right now. Grab your snacks and settle in for some serious home TV binge watching.
These are the 5 best real estate shows on Netflix in 2023…
1. Marriage or Mortgage
In one of the best TV show ideas ever, Marriage or Mortgage follows a wedding planner and real estate agents who compete to win the hearts (and budgets) of couples who are faced with the ultimate decision…
Which would you choose? Marriage? Or mortgage? BTW – I can help you with both.

If you happen to just be starting out on your Boston condo buying journey or perhaps a Beacon Hill apartment rental, you may find our research resources helpful here at our Boston real estate search.
2. Selling Sunset
Imagine a top Los Angeles brokerage of the most glamorous, bad ass women imaginable. We’re talking mega-mansions in Malibu, insane listings like a $75 million dollar compound in Beverly Hills, celebrities, and elite clientele. Now add a few cutthroat agents (that make Boston agents look like the minor leagues), and lots of drama. That’s Selling Sunset.
Come for the property, stay for the spectacle.
Disclaimer: we take no responsibility for how addictive this TV show is… watch at your own risk.
3. Million Dollar Beach House
If you love reality television or a good soap opera but also love real estate, this is the show for you.
Follow this group of young and hungry real estate agents as they try to seal the deal on luxury listings in the Hamptons. They must move fast to sell luxe properties on a tight time frame. The competition is fierce. The drama undeniable. Grab your popcorn and enjoy the show.
4. Stay Here
The perfect show for real estate investors and Airbnb aficionados alike.
This show features interior designer Genevieve Gorder and real estate expert Peter Lorimer as they teach property owners how to turn their rentals into moneymaking masterpieces. From a fabulous floating home to a historic firehouse in Washington, D.C. and stunning homes in New York, they’ll show you some very inspirational properties. Unfortunately, the Mayor banned Airbnb apartment rentals in Boston.
5. Your Place or Mine
I didn’t want to add this one, but my girlfriend made me. Definitely a girls flick. Guys, I hope you have two TV’s in your Boston condo. If you do have to watch it, grab a beer, maybe the entire six pack.
