Tom Brady’s former Commonwealth Avenue condo is for sale once again. This time with a price tag of $8,495,000.
Located in the historic Burrage Mansion, one of the most prestigious addresses in Boston’s Back Bay, the 314 Commonwealth Ave. property boasts 55 feet of frontage.

Brady purchased the second-floor unit in 2004 for $4,125,000. He sold it four years later for $5,285,000.
And it’s seen some changes since the GOAT owned the property. The property underwent a meticulous renovation last year.

According to the listing, the 3,422-square-foot condo has three bedrooms and three and a half baths, and also includes an Italian marble foyer, lavish living and dining spaces, a chef’s kitchen with Statuario marble counters and an adjacent family room. The unit also boasts marble baths, Brazilian mahogany floors, a master suite with marble bath and a custom walk-in closet.
There’s also two garage spaces, private storage and direct elevator access.

Like the Boston condo market, It may not be a sellers’ market in Manhattan, but no one told Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen.
The celebrity couple has reportedly reached a deal to sell their Tribeca home for almost $40 million — a huge jump from what they paid for it two years ago.
“They are in contract to sell and the deal is expected to close soon,” a person familiar with the matter told the New York Post.
Nice real estate profit
The couple purchased the 4,600 square-foot, 12th-floor unit at Related Companies’ 70 Vestry Street condominium for $25.46 million in 2018. It features five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and 1,900 square feet of terrace space. The star quarterback and supermodel also own a unit on the floor below, which they reportedly plan to keep.
Brady left the New England Patriots after last season and now plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Just in case you didn’t know.
