Well, here’s a brand new excuse for the slow real estate market:
[M]any [real estate] brokers were saying it [September] was the worst month in years.
I think that talk was a little dramatic considering that the bookends for the first 4 weeks of fall were Labor Day and Columbus Day with 9/11 and 5 Jewish holidays in between.
Yep, you had holidays, an anniversary of a terrible event, and five Jewish holidays, apparently things that have never happened before (most have, of course).
