My Boston condo thoughts

It’s not just Douglas Elliman stock, all residential stock prices have fallen. The shakeout of the National Assoc of Relators (NAR) verdict, hasn’t really fallen into implementation, so there’s confusion in the market. But, one thing is certain, this will have an impact on the real estate industry, starting with lower real estate commissions and the slow elimination of buyers agents.

I wouldn’t buy any real estate stock at this time.
