Parties are now negotiating the sale of the building by Macedonia Realty Trust to Gerard Kiley and Robert Rosati, the prospective buyers.
The Alexandra Hotel is an ornate sandstone structure, built in 1875. The conversion would also include rehabilitation of the attached building, to the left of the Alexandra Hotel.
