To give you an idea of how much land is available at the Bayside Expo Center for redevelopment, I superimposed part of the Back Bay onto the land around the expo center.

Don’t get your hopes up (and/or panties in a bunch, depending on your point of view). Most likely, we’ll end up with multiple high-rises, surrounded by useless open space, used by no one (lamentably).
