Twenty-five! Two weeks after Memorial Day!

It could just be a fluke, but otherwise, I don’t understand. Summer is not a prime time to list your property to sell. Too many buyers try to find their new homes prior to the vacation season.

Of course, any time is a good time to sell, if you price your home right and you’ve got something people to want.

Perhaps people are encouraged by the stabilizing economy?
