Sometimes real estate agents are like politicians. They make promises but once they get the Boston condo for sale listing they don’t always deliver on those promises. You know like how one politician said prices would go down starting on day one.
Boston Condo for Sale Agents shouldn’t make these promises

- A Boston Seaport condo for sale agent promises an on-time closing. Real estate agents do not have as much control over the process as they might lead you to believe they do. For example, the delay could be in underwriting issue
- Promising that a Back Bay condo for sale will appraise for a certain amount. We do our best to determine the value of real estate but can not correct for a rogue appraiser or an unexpected event that impacts value.
- A guarantee that a Beacon Hill condo for sale will sell in X days.
- A promise that a Boston will sell for a certain amount of money.
Those are some of the basics. An experienced agent should be able to come pretty close to the sales price and number of days it takes to sell a Boston downtown condo.
It would be easier on all of us if we could know ahead of time exactly how it will all work out but there are just too many variables.
Sometimes we can solve the problem or propose a solution that all parties can agree on. Problem-solving is a huge part of the job.
