Surprising no one but myself, it turns out I used inaccurate data when reporting condo sales in Boston,
I really don’t know how this happened, since I was simply using information I pulled from LINK. They did have a major software upgrade last month, and apparently, this led to some bugs in the system. Perhaps they hadn’t put in all the June data.
I don’t know. But, I do apologize for being wrong. I was wondering why no one else was reporting this!
