Before my two young nephews could push their way past me at a very large gathering in a Seaport condo, I said, “What’s the magic words?”

The said, “Please?

“No,” I said teasing them, “It’s please, king ruler of the Seaport condo for sale market.“

They paused for a moment, then one said to the other, “Let’s just find another bathroom.”
