Robert Kraft, CEO of the New England Patriots, has bought the costliest Palm Seashore apartment ever offered at $23.75 million, The Wall Road Journal reported.
The penthouse unit was initially listed for $26.5 million in September by the property of Erving and Joyce Wolf was represented by Dana Koch and Paulette Koch of The Corcoran Group.
Mr. Wolf was an oil and fuel government who was handed away in 2018. His spouse, Joyce, died in 2022, and daughter-in-law and designer Maya Lin helped renovate the residence. She can be the designer of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.
The Wolfs purchased the penthouse with oceanfront views for $6 million in 2000.
The coveted condominium is amongst a choose variety of such condo buildings situated on the seaside in Palm Seashore, The Journal reported. The four-bedroom five-and-a-half toilet unit spans about 5,000 sq. ft. and consists of floor-to-ceiling home windows, in addition to a 1,300-square-foot terrace.
With the unit’s renovations, Lin included pure wood and stone to reflect the color of the ocean, The Journal mentioned.
Kraft’s property portfolio of luxurious houses throughout Palm Seashore, Boston, and the Hamptons features a $43 million residence he bought in Southampton in 2021.
