Olmsted Green is a brand new community being created within Mattapan.
Eventually, there will be as many as 287 homes, a mixture of condominiums, townhouses, and apartments, when completed, in 2009. The project has an estimated cost of $180 million.
The first 72 townhouses and 51 condominiums are scheduled for completion sometime over the next 6-9 months.
