What I’ve seen in the last few weeks, I think will continue into February. The Boston condo market will be moving into a more balanced rivalry among Boston condominium buyers and sellers. However, Boston condo asking prices won’t change much while we approach the spring market buying season. The Fed will ease up on its fight with inflation. Thus, mortgage interest rate will begin to dip.
