I’ve said it week after week after week, but the repetitive nature of my Boston Real Estate posts make the observation no less potent. Demand for Boston condos for sale is still strong. Throw-economics-out-the-window kind of incredible really. Why? Because it’s average for this time of year, which is not a bad thing, after two years of bidding wars.
