More vaccinations will help the Boston real estate market
If you are a Boston downtown real estate owner who wants to sells in today’s Boston real estate Spring market, or If you plan on buying a Boston condo this year the market is improving thanks to the increase in Massachusetts vaccinations.
It is possible with more and more Sellers will want to place their condo on the market after they have been vaccinated for Covid-19. This is good news for Boston condo buyers who have a hard time finding a Boston condo to buy because of a lack of inventory.
