It was two-years ago last December that the first listings hit the Multiple Listing Service for the under-construction Lofts Avana condo project.
Well, they are now projecting a closing sometime before spring.
For those who waited, it may be worth taking a look.

It looks as though the developer is offering a buyer incentive program.

The developer says that 14 units remain.
These are considerably less than what was quoted two years ago; Unit #6A, for example, was $459,880 at the time.
(Oh, btw, if you are wondering about the “88” part … well, obviously, you’re not Chinese!)
