There is a major shake-up in the Boston condo for sale and apartment rental market. The latest is the downfall of a once a promising Boston real estate start-up company:
Key Realty Group filed for bankruptcy last Friday, August 5, 2022.

Key Realty has now been placed in court receivership and all Boston real estate agents contracts have been terminated. All escrow accounts are frozen until further notice, according to one source.
