I’m not sure about my new real estate assistant
Last week I hired a new real estate assistant (yes, I’m that busy) but I have major concerns about her. I’ll give you an example.
Earlier today, the phone rang in my real estate office, and my new real estate assistant quickly picked up the phone. (So far, so good.) After a few seconds I heard her say, “Sorry, there’s no one here by that name.” Not wanting to simply hang up, she politely, but not so helpfully, asked, “May I take a message.”
