So, there was this Boston condo for sale broker who was overweight, smoked, gambled and drank a lot. He never went to the doctor for any check-ups.
One day he had a heart attack and was sent to the hospital. He was there for a few days and was finally released.
A few days later the doctor called this Boston condo broker and told him he needed to come in.
On the day of his appointment, the doctor had him sit down and told him this minor heart attack was a warning. You need to give up smoking, start exercising instead of gambling and stop drinking alcohol.
The broker responded, “Doctor if I give up all my vices, will I live longer?”
Doctor responded, “I can’t promise you that, but it will seem longer.”
