How a Boston real estate broker almost died riding his bike (Okay, extreme exaggeration – Video)
Before I tell my story, I would be taking this opportunity to remind everyone that daylight savings time starts on Sunday and to set your clocks ahead one hour and call me so I can sell your Back Bay or Beacon Hill condo.
I heard on the news we might have some bad weather. However, next week we’re going to have some warmish weather. When we have warm weather I enjoy riding my bike. I don’t enjoy stationary bikes in front of screens. I want to be outside go places, do things and meet people too. The bike trail system from Lexington to downtown Boston is top notch.
With gasoline prices high and getting higher, I’ll be using my bike more than ever. Biking to the store is more fun than driving and faster than walking. It is great exercise no gym fee or screen required. Fancy clothing and special shoes are optional. Parking a bike is generally plentiful and and best of all free even downtown.
Try biking and don’t forget to change your clock this weekend.

How a Boston real estate broker almost died riding his bike (Okay, extreme exaggeration – Video)
Okay. let me tell you a short story, now I don’t mean to frighten you, but yesterday as I was riding my bike on my way to the Lexington Bike Path, I encountered a large pothole on Mass Ave. As a result, I almost fell off my bike into a very busy road, fortunately, I was able to gain my balance and made it safely home.
This is where the story takes an unexpected twist. When I got home I told my story of how I almost died on my bike, the reaction wasn’t what I expected.
It reminds me of this video clip.
