Owning a house had become increasingly difficult in the challenging economic climate, interest rates are increaasing, and her credit card is almost maxed out. However, she saved hard, brought lunch from home and made generic coffee instead of buying coffee from the café on the corner every morning.

The sacrifices were worth it and finally she was able to buy the perfect house with enough left over for a few new items of furniture.
