I’ve done plenty of business with John over the past several years. He’s a hard worker and has always delivered.John helped me get financing for my condo in Back Bay.
I had some old credit issues and Ford got my paperwork in to show my ability to pay back the loan.
The last Realtor I worked with exuded very poor service and generally was very obnoxious. John Ford was amazing as he helped us from day one get into our townhome
I have know John Ford for along time and he is a cooperative and helpful broker besides being very knowledgeable regarding luxury condos in the Boston area. I would recommend them to anyone moving to Boston or looking for a luxury condo there.
John Ford is nothing but pleasant and he always goes out of his way to be helpful.
4 weeks ago–John is very professional and incredibly knowledgeable of the Beacon Hill area and all its listing. He’s knows the neighborhood inside and out and he can find you whatever you’re looking for. If you’re selling, he has connections everywhere to get you sold fast. I’d definitely recommend him!I have known John Ford for many years and is a stand up guy.

We worked with Janet to sell our condo. We needed to move fast, so she immediately had professional photos taken and the listing was posted the very next day. She was very respectful of our schedule when requesting times to show the property and was still able to sell it in less than a week! She knows the market like the back of her hand, is very responsive and made the whole process as low-stress for us as she possibly could.
At the same time, she was working with us to find our next home outside the city. We found it quickly and couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
