Compass Real Estate is Expanding (Again)

Compass expands to New Hampshire

Compass is continuing to expand in the Northeast, opening an office in Portsmouth, N.H.

Fifteen agents representing more than $135 million in 2021 sales volume  will be in the new office, according to a press release. The agents include Scott Rome, Joseph Giordano, Robert Marchewka, Mike Giannone, Kevin Kneeland, Casey Michael Fontaine, Jonathan Levy, Dan Walker, Charlie Strater, Aaron Gass, Terry Boone, Sam Harding, Erick Brunelle, Izaiah Barba, William Reardon, Jake Burhans and Jody Walker of the Brick & Barn Group.

Compass regional managing director Marc Decker said he’s excited to announce the company’s expansion to the Granite State.

“With the launch of offices throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts in 2021, Portsmouth is the natural next step in providing our agents and their clients an expansive network throughout New England and beyond,” he said.

After a volatile six months for residential real estate, Compass is in growth mode again.

The brokerage said it’s expanding to Hawaii, where it has brought on 14 agents in O’ahu, Maui, Kaua’i and the Big Island. Collectively, the agents and their teams sold $350 million worth of real estate last year, Compass said.
