Scott Van Voorhis, of the Herald, reports today that Mark Maloney, chief of the Boston Redevelopment Authority, will most likely step down, once Mayor Menino is re-elected, in November.
Mr. Van Voorhis has few kind words for Mr. Maloney. In fact, he criticizes him, and the city, implicitly, for a series of lost chances and broken promises, which has left the city much as it was five years ago, when he first took the job.
