A few days back I took my client out to view some Boston Seaport condos for sale.
Before I dive into the Boston Seaport condo market, let me tell you a short story about my trip to the dentist;
I had a problem one one of my back molars, the dentist told me it was bad and I should have it removed. So I gave him the go ahead.
As a dentist, I’m no stranger to the tooth so I faced the tooth, tapped on it and asked, “Ain’t that the tooth?”
When she nodded, I knew the moment of tooth had arrived.
First, he removed its enamel coating to expose the naked tooth and then he filed it down below the gumline until there wasn’t a grain of tooth left in it.
“Is it out?” I asked.
“Yes,” he replied,
“Just as you requested, I removed the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothing but the tooth.”
I liked his humour. Its funny how you meet people at odd places and a friendship can start from there.
Now back to Boston Seaport condos for sale. Leo, wanted to have a weekend condo in the city, but he wasn’t sure where. He heard a lot about the Seaport, and wanted to view some properties in the $1.5M – $2M range. However, the price could be loweror slightly higher
