Anyone who has been reading my Boston real estate blog for any lenght of time, knows that I like to provide Boston condo sales data, listings, with a sprinkle of Boston condo stories.

One of my Boston real estate agents (One out of three) told me this story a while back that just came to mind.

“I pull into my driveway of my driveway and park and exit my SUV, suddenly behind me is an unmarked cop car with lights going and I’m like f ***k, the cop gets out and asks for my license and registration.
Cop asks, ‘Why were you driving for fast?.’ I told him how I showed numerous Seaport condos for sale all day, afterwards, my client decided it might be best if he stays in his Beacon Hill apartment one more year. (A bg sigh)
I live here and I’m tired, I just want to have a drink and go to bed. The cop, he’s like Yeah I Get It and gives me a warning and leaves.”

Not the most interesting story, but even Boston real estate blog writers can have off days.
