Yesterday, when I was walking down Cambridge Street after showing a Beacon Hill apartment on Temple Street, another unsuccessful attempt to rent out an apartment. I thought I would pick up a sandwich at Subway to support our local business owner, and also because I was hungry.
Now I don’t want to sound like a food critic, but I think the owner of the Beacon Hill Subway store may want to provide a customer service re-training program for its workers.
