The total number of Beacon Hill condo new listings and under agreements should drop off quickly as agents scramble to close their offices down and hunker down. Today we have 40 Beacon Hill condos listed and 1 new listing. Beacon Hill also has 6 condominiums under agreement – which doesn’t sound too bad. But we’ll be lucky to see half that many by next few weeks. I expect brokers will pull there condo listings off the market in order to reduce days-on-market.
This should have been the early stages of the Spring 2020 selling season.
Hopefully people will keep searching for Beacon Hill condos for sale via Ford Realty the search features and blogs. For Beacon Hill Sellers It’s okay to think that nothing much will be happening – which is probably true. But this crisis should hopefully end soon.
