Boston real estate brokers thoughts on this month
It is Friday and February is almost over. For me, this is great news. Except for the Superbowl, I think of anything good about February. Okay, for my female readers there’s Valentine’s Day, but I’ll take St. Patrick’s Day or the Easter Bunny over that.
I ride my bike from Lexington to the T or bus stop most days even when the weather is cold but the black ice on the bike path can be treacherous
Winter is not my favorite season. The best thing about winter is when it ends. I think we all appreciate spring more because of what we have to live through to get there.
March can be a long cold month but usually, by the end, there are signs of spring. Average high temperatures by the end of March will be in the upper 40’s or 50’s. The days will continue to get longer too.
Boston real estate hunting gets easier too. The longer days and warmer temperatures help. Looking forward to going to the Beacon Hill outdoor cafes’ when the warmer weather gets here.
