Boston condo for sale broker and uncle Frank. Today, I’m working on preparing for my first open house condo sale in Arlington, MA. This is an estate sale, as uncle Frank recently died, thus, I will be handling his condo sale for his beneficiaries.
Let me tell you a story about uncle Frank. My last thoughts of uncle Frank was how frugal he was to the very end. As he lay dying, surrounded by love ones, he had two requests: The first, was to get top dollar when you sell my Arlington condo. The second, and I quote “If you guys spend more than $500.00 for a casket, I’ll kick the lid off.”
“Uncle Frank” I told him in a reassuring tone, “for $500.00 you don’t get a lid.”
