I visited my parents in Yorktown Hts., NY, and we went to Christmas mass. After the service I shook hands with the pastor.

How’s the Boston condo market doing?” he asked.

“Father,” I said, :”I’m so busy that every morning make a list of 10 thinks I have to do for that day. If I make it to number three, its a good day.”
