Boston condo broker: Tuning a negative to a positive
I recently read an article where the CEO of a large real estate corporation was interviewed. In the article, he advised salespeople to stay positive and to stop watching and reading the news because it is negative.
Of course, the people who have gotten wealthy from the labor of others want that labor to continue without distraction which is what got us into this mess in the first place.
I’m reminded of this quote:
“Headlines, in a way, are what mislead you because bad news is a headline, and gradual improvement is not.”

Yes, there is a lot of bad news these days but it won’t go away because we ignore it. Unless you are very wealthy the bad news is impacting your life already.
But remember this quote:
Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results. .
This is the time to pay attention and do what we can to make the world a better place. It is time to take action.
I recommend being a rebel and taking the day off from work to catch up on the news. Not cable news but actual local news. The old-school newspapers have news in them. Start there. Most are online.
