Boston condo broker and his wife

A Boston condo for sale broker and his wife were at a restaurant.

Perusing the menu, the brokers wife let him know that he rarely pays attention to her when she spoke. Well, of course the condo broker disagreed, so they went back to reading restaurant menus in chilly silence.

After a few uncomfortable minutes, the brokers wife said, “I think I’m getting a headache.”

The broker responded, “Go ahead, sweetheart; get whatever you want.”
