Over the past week or so, there’s been a definite uptick in searches on the term “audubon park” and “16 miner” bringing people to my site.
This is a 53-unit project in the West Fenway neighborhood of Boston, basically right on the Boston / Brookline line.
MLSPIN is showing 23 of 53 units still available, prices from $389,000 – $814,000. Parking is available, for purchase.
Not sure why there’s the renewed interest.
Maybe it’s just people walking by the development on their way to Fenway Park?
There’s an Open House this Sunday, from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.
