Audubon Park is finished. The developer has its first closings, last week.
This is a 53-unit newly constructed condominium project located at 16 Miner Street, just outside Kenmore Square on your way to Brookline, off Beacon Street.

Prices on the remaining units range from $459,000 for a one bedroom on the third floor to $814,000 for a two-bedroom on the fifth floor.
Pre-sales have been slow, but now that it’s completed, I expect things will pick up. The location is prime, prices seem appropriate for new construction, and the style and quality of finishes seem about right.
