A push to pay back Boston real estate landlords?

We’ll this is fascinating and it may come to downtown Boston or a home near you soon, like, our state MA. The CA Governor is planning on paying all landlords the rents they lost during the COVID pandemic. Is this a good thing? A bad thing? Is it a vote buy? Do the servicers get paid back now too on the landlord loans that are in forbearance? There’s a lot of questions here, most importantly, what do you think.
