There are a couple of Boston condos for sale in the queue that will be ready to go when the the ban on Open House showings ends. Of course, both of these Boston condo listing and their sellers and their agents would be quite happy to entertain offers sooner rather than later. Offer dates, for the most part, are not the norm right now. And sellers are also more likely to use transparent pricing—a list price that isn’t begging for an overbid.
