This is a major dilemma; it’s not easy for either the renter or the broker to rent out a Beacon Hill apartment without actually showing it.
As I sit here, I’m throwing out a carrot to any potential renters, I’m cutting the Ford Realty’s Boston real estate broker fee in 1/2 for selective Beacon Hill apartments. In addition, I’m reducing my broker fee on any co-broke listings. By doing so, this is not only a win for renters, but for landlords who are having trouble renting out their apartment in Boston. By me cutting the Ford Realty’s Boston real estate broker fee in 1/2 it’s a “win-win” situation for both parties.
