Today, Boston condo buyers have taken the real estate search into their own hands. They’re using sites like Zillow, Trulia and Homes.com to sind potential properties to buy or rent, before even calling an agent. And while these sites don’t list full-scale MLS data per de, most agents are putting listings on them anyway, just for exposure.
