Lets start from the beginning. Zillow has just recently launched a new feature on their website, called Instant Offer. What Instant Offer does it allows Sellers to sell their Boston condo without using a real estate agent. Zillow’s goal is to circumvent the real estate agent in the listing and sales process of your Boston condo.
Instant Offer is presently being beta tested in two markets, Orlando and Las Vegas.
