As the chart shows Boston condo sales are way down in the 3rd quarter of 2014. Here are some shocking Boston real estate sales numbers:

Back Bay condominium sales down 28.09% from same period last year.
Beacon Hill down 8.20% from last year.
Charlestown condo sales down big time by 43.51%.
Fenway property sales 3rd Q down 18.97%.
North End sales transactions down 42.22%.
Boston Seaport District down 10.71%.
South Boston condo sales down 14.34%.
Boston South End condominium sales down by over 14%.
Boston Waterfront real estate transactions down 12.73%.
Boston West End property sales down 11.76%.

The only bright spot was Boston Midtown where Boston luxury condominiums sales were up 27.91%.
