Original plans: Albany Fellows, at 817 Albany Street, in Roxbury, is proposed mixed-use development made up of 265 residential units, 8,000 square feet of retail space, and 29,000 square feet of space set aside for Backstreets. There will be as many as 300 parking spaces.
