Guess what?
It wasn’t a one bedroom. It was a studio. And,d it wasn’t “three” rooms, it was one – one room, approximately 15′ x 15′.
The kitchen was kind of a separate room, meaning it was a closet that had been turned into a kitchenette (it looked nice, though).
Well, it did actually have one full bath, so he wasn’t completely lying.
What a waste of my time, my clients’ time, the other agent’s time, etc., etc., etc.
