The Warren Group, the publisher of Banker & Tradesman, is now offering subscribers access to their database of all Massachusetts foreclosure auctions, etc.

The Warren Group provides foreclosure information for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Now, all foreclosure records for all three states include property and assessment information as well as sales and mortgage history. Currently, for Massachusetts, we offer foreclosure auctions, petitions to foreclose, sheriff sales, and lis pendens; for New Hampshire, we provide foreclosure auctions; for Connecticut, we provide lis pendens; and for Rhode Island, we provide foreclosure auctions.
While we have foreclosure information in Massachusetts and Connecticut dating back to 1993, only foreclosure records collected since August 2004 include property and assessment information. We have foreclosure information for Rhode Island beginning in May 2005.
I just started using it. So far, it seems to be very complete and easy to use. Much easier to use than the Suffolk Deeds website (funny how the profit motive seems to bring out the best in people!).
Subscriptions cost $29.95 per month.
