So, the owner of the Russia Wharf building down in the Financial District has released revised designs for the three-building renovation and construction project.

According to the Globe:
[W]ith the office market picking up, Boston Properties is leaning toward expanding the office component, and dropping some of the residential units. It is still expected that the Russia Wharf Building, on Atlantic Avenue, will house about 50 condos. What happens in the other two buildings, the Graphic Arts and Tufts buildings, has not been determined.
I’d prefer the Russia Wharf building to be just a hotel, and the rest of it office space, but at the same time, I’d like to see more residential in the area, to compliment the residences at the nearby (like, attached, practically) InterContinental.
We need to create new neighborhoods in the city!
