This is the conversion of the old D4 police station, on Warren Ave.
The project had its fair share of trouble. It took a long time for the city to grant redevelopment rights, then it took the developer a long time to get going, then they fired their first sales team (Gibson Domain Domain), replacing it with Coldwell Banker.
Finally, it’s done.
MLS shows 18 out of the 25 units as under agreement.
The remaining units run from $999,000 to $3.2 million, which would buy you a 3,600 square foot penthouse.
