Anyone who has been reading my Boston real estate blog for any lenght of time, knows that I like to provide Boston condo sales data, listings, with a sprinkle of Boston condo stories.

One of my Boston real estate agents (One out of three) told me this story a while back that just came to mind.

“I pull into my driveway of my triple decker and park at the top so I can get to my mailbox. I exit my SUV, suddenly behind me is an unmarked cop car with lights going and I’m like f ***k, the cop gets out and asks for my license and registration.
Cop asks, ‘Why were you driving for fast?.’ I tell him how I showed numerous Seaport condos for sale all day, afterwards, my client decided it might be best he stays in his Beacon Hill apartment one more year. (A bg sigh) I live here and I’m tired, I just want to have a drink and go to bed. The cop, he’s like Yeah I Get It and gives me a warning and leaves.”

Not the most interesting story, but even Boston real estate blog writers can have off days.
