Story of a Boston Beacon Hill condo water leak

One of the things I hate about being a landlord or managing Beacon Hill condos – water leaks.

Last night, I was watching TV and I saw a commercial for Flex Seal.

If you don’t know what Flex Seal is – It seems like an unbelievable product on the commercial

If you have drips, streams, gushing of water.

If you’re on your roof waiting for a helicopter…from a massive hurricane.

You should have Flex Seal.

I have no idea if Flex Seal is as good as seen in the commercials.

But I need something to believe in on TV, and I don’t think its going to be Stormy Daniels.

And I have decided on Flex Seal (Sorry Donald).

I like how Phil Swift the spokesman for Flex Seal, he can take two door screens sealed together for the bottom of a boat.

My dream, use that two door screen boat for zipping up and down the Charles River.

That’s my dream.

And it’s not a wet dream,

thanks to Flex Seal
