Beacon Hill condo broker going fishing. Let me tell you a little story, the other day, one of my buddies asked me if I wanted to go on his boat and do some fishing. I’m not big into fishing, but apparently my buddy is. The conversation went like this:

Charlie: John, do you want to go on the boat and do some fishing.

Me: Err,,, love to, but I have to check in with my agents to see if they rented any apartments or sold a condo.

Charlie: John, screw that and come with us, the fish are biting

Me: What kind of fish?

Charlie: Bluefish Halibut and Flounder 

Me: Mmm…

Charlie: We’ll have plenty of cold beer

Me: Okay, I guess I’ll go for the Halibut
